A fit pregnancy is a healthy pregnancy. I exercised through both of my pregnancies. Most exercises are safe to perform during pregnancy as long as you exercise with caution and not overdo it. Listen to your body, move the body daily, and your body and the baby will thank you for it. Enjoy your pregnancy!
