Deepen your knowledge of the Ashtanga yoga method as Crystal takes you through a practice detailing the key asanas of the Ashtanga Half Primary Series. This class is excellent for new practitioners looking to develop the strength, flexibility, and endurance to eventually complete the full primary series practice. Students will be guided through half of the postures of the Ashtanga Primary Series with additional instruction and modifications provided.
