The modified half primary series is ideal for new practitioners that may not have acquired the strength, flexibility, or endurance for a full primary series practice. It's also ideal for beginners, intermediate and advanced practitioners who are short on time and are unable to commit to a full 90-minute practice. In this practice, we still focus on key asanas, the Drishti, and most importantly, the breath. So! We aren't diluting or losing the overall sequence.
