In this class, we will blend strength, balance, flexibility, and stability drills with instructional time to ensure that you develop a strong foundation and understanding of proper technique.
During each session, I will carefully guide you through a sequence of exercises that target specific muscle groups strongly used in handstands, improve core stability, and enhance body awareness. You will learn how to align your body, engage the correct muscles, and create balance while upside down.
